Drop-Off Catering FAQ
What does 'drop-off' mean — do you just leave food at the door?
No — we deliver to your exact location (office floor, meeting room, dining room), set up the food, explain what's what, and then leave. We don't dump and run.
How long does the food stay hot?
Our buffets use chafing dishes with fuel warmers that keep food hot for 2+ hours. Lunchboxes are insulated and stay warm for about 45 minutes after delivery — plenty of time to eat.
Do we need to provide anything?
Just a table for buffet setups. For lunchboxes, you don't need anything — no plates, no cutlery, no napkins. Everything is self-contained.
What's the minimum order for drop-off catering?
10 people for all packages. We cater drop-off events from 10 to 500 people across inner Melbourne.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We recommend 3-5 business days for standard orders. For large events (100+ people), 2-4 weeks advance notice is ideal.
