Yes. La Charito's entire menu is naturally gluten-free — made from corn, rice, plantains, and slow-cooked meats. There is no separate gluten-free menu — every guest eats the same food. Our Class 2 registered commercial kitchen follows strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination, and full allergen labelling is included on every item.

La Charito's catering packages start from $25 per person for the Latin Lunchbox (individual lunchbox with arepa, plantains, and alfajor cookie), from $35 per person for The Abuela Feast (hot buffet with carne mechada, rice, black beans, and arepas), and from $80 per box of 20 for Fiesta Bites (tequeños and mini empanadas). Custom quotes are available for weddings and large events.

The minimum order is 10 people. La Charito caters for groups of 10 to 500 guests, from intimate birthday dinners through to large weddings and corporate conferences.

For standard orders, La Charito recommends booking 3–5 business days in advance. For weddings and large events (100+ people), 2–4 weeks advance notice is recommended. Peak periods including the wedding season (October to March) book out quickly — the earlier, the better.

Yes. La Charito offers Net 30 invoicing for approved corporate accounts. No credit card is required. Office managers and executive assistants can order without submitting a personal card — simply request invoicing when submitting your quote and we'll set up your account.
